Sue Meadows is a Pilates instructor at Pilates Body by ValentinWhen I began my journey with Pilates in 2000, I had no idea that it would take me to so many new places — challenging not only my body, but my mind, heart and spirit. Pilates enriches my life on many levels. It is one of the major influences that converged in powerful personal and professional growth and transition into the second half of my life. Further it has redefined the shape of my body and enables me to reach and maintain new levels of strength and flexibility. It informs my active lifestyle, enhancing performance in athletic activities and perhaps the most challenging sport of all, juggling the demands of daily life. Now I find great joy in guiding others to discover the benefits of Pilates and to enrich their lives through movement.

I am thrilled to bring my signature blend of technical expertise, creative style and contagious enthusiasm to Pilates Body by Valentin. I am certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and Turning Point Studios Full Mat and Apparatus Certification (474 hours training). Additional, ongoing training includes Stott, Powerhouse Pilates, Elizabeth Larkham, Tom McCook and Valentin. I have nearly three decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, as a health promotion consultant, group exercise instructor and personal trainer.
