Welcome to Pilates Body by Valentin, a contemporary and progressive Pilates Studio adhering to the time-honored and authentic principles established by Joseph Pilates. This is the Tri-Valley’s foremost Pilates center focusing on mind and body synchronization to improve total well-being.
We offer a number of Pilates classes per week, from early morning through the evening and a number of special events centering on wellness and overall health. Our staff of dedicated and highly skilled instructors teaches both group classes and individual sessions determined by client’s availability.
Pilates Body by Valentin is conveniently located in Pleasanton for easy access for San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore. We provide a comfortable, nurturing and fun environment in which students of all fitness levels, rehabilitative and sports-specific needs can enjoy the many benefits of Pilates training.
Check out Valentin’s new mat class on Pilates Anytime, where she shows many creative ways to use a towel during class. She also works on using spirals in the body to help you find length and power.
